We have specially developed a new high-performance 5th generation 18V lithium battery for electric hydraulic clamp tool customers（Most of the market is still selling 1st generation or 2nd generation products with outdated technology). The battery integrates the latest lithium-ion technology in the world. The battery integrates the latest lithium battery technology in the world, with multiple protections, such as over-charge protection, over-discharge protection, over-current protection, high temperature protection, etc. It is the most advanced and the only professional lithium battery that can be used for large current discharge. At the same time, the battery is also compatible with Makita BL1830, BL1840, BL1850, BL1860 batteries, and the appearance can be customized.
Battery continuous discharge can reach 20A, instant discharge can reach 40A, 5A to charge. We use Chinese A-class battery cells or Samsung, Panasonic battery cells. The using of battery cells is according to customer requirements. For ICs, capacitors, resistors, MOS tubes and other electronic components, we use the world brand materials. At present, we have sent samples to our customers for testing, and most of our customers have confirmed orders for mass production. According to the plan, we will produce 825,000 sets of this battery in 2020. In terms of cost control, we purchase raw materials directly from large-scale source factories and use lean production and intelligent manufacturing to reduce costs and achieve high quality and low price.
